View credits on portal dashboard

Sometimes you overpay or double pay an invoice - it happens to the best of us. When you overpay, we'll automatically apply the over payment to your account as a credit valid on future invoices. Or maybe you are taking a vacation and you've added credit to your account. If you have any credit on your account, you'll see this balance on your My NodeSpace dashboard. If you don't see the box, you have no credit.

If you have credit on your account, this is always applied to your next invoice automatically. If you don't have enough credit, your invoice will be marked with the remaining balance due which can be paid through PayPal.

Don't forget instead of making manual payments, you can also setup an automatic PayPal subscription. Ask our Billing Department for more information.
